Dr. Hagit Gregory founded Training Innovations LLC with a deep commitment to
enhancing child development practices through education and training. Her motivation
stemmed from years of observing the gaps in knowledge and resources available to
caregivers and educators. Recognizing that informed adults are crucial for fostering
healthy childhood growth, she aimed to create a platform that offers comprehensive
courses grounded in the latest research and best practices. By equipping professionals
and parents with the tools they need, Dr. Gregory believes they can better support
children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development, ultimately leading to stronger,
more resilient future generations.
Become a Child Development Associate (CDA)
Specialists in child development are vital to the education and growth of many children. They have a responsibility to give children a secure and caring environment, support their development throughout their most formative years, and aid in their cognitive, emotional, and physical development. This entirely online course will get you ready for the Council for Professional Recognition’s Child Development Associate® (CDA) certification program.
The Birth of the Child Development Associate Credential
A team of creative early childhood educators got together in the early 1970s to discuss how to raise the standard of early care and education. These meetings gave rise to the idea for the CDA® Credential. The first CDA was granted in 1975 following several years of development.
