At Training Innovations Consulting, we do more than just train educators – we build the foundations for excellence. We are proud to highlight our current lead role in the development of a premier childcare facility for a local Catholic Church.
This project is a perfect example of our “Full-Circle Consulting” model, where we take a project from an initial concept to a fully funded, state-licensed reality.
Our Impact: Beyond the Classroom
Our work on this project has been multifaceted, focusing on financial sustainability, legal compliance, and operational integrity:
- Secured Capital Funding. We successfully applied for and received a grant from the LISC (Local Initiatives Support Corporation) Foundation on behalf of the school.
- Navigating State Licensing. We are managing the entire state licensing process – from facility inspections to health and safety compliance.
- Organizational Governance. Our team is drafting the official bylaws for the Board of Directors, creating a structure that ensures long-term stability.
- Policy and Procedure Development. We are building the center’s “Playbook” – staff handbooks, parent policies, and safety protocols that align with Catholic values and state requirements.
