Dr. Hagit Gregory founded Training Innovations LLC with a deep commitment to enhancing child development practices through education and training. Her motivation stemmed from years of observing the gaps in knowledge and resources available to caregivers and educators. Recognizing that informed adults are crucial for fostering healthy childhood growth, she aimed to create a platform that offers comprehensive courses grounded in the latest research and best practices. By equipping professionals and parents with the tools they need, Dr. Gregory believes they can better support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development, ultimately leading to stronger, more resilient future generations.

    The debut of our fully developed website and integrated course portal. The new platform made it easier than ever for students to access high-quality training from anywhere, setting the foundation for future growth.
  • 2023
    Training Innovations began serving students across the country. Our commitment to flexible, online training helped more professionals than ever access the credentials they needed to advance in early childhood education.
  • 2024
    Training Innovations became an authorized vendor for the University of Arkansas and was approved by the Arkansas Workforce Connections Office of Employment and Training. We also registered with Arkansas Vendor Services, further solidifying our role as a trusted provider in the state.
  • 2025
    Training Innovations broadened its course catalog to include Childcare Director Training and Paraprofessional Certification. These new programs reflect our continued commitment to supporting early childhood professionals at every stage of their careers.
