Dr. Gregory holds an Arkansas Teacher License in multiple areas and is an active member of several early childhood organizations, including NAEYC. She holds a double doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management, along with master’s degrees in several educational fields. With over 25 years of experience spanning early childhood to adult education, Dr. Gregory has dedicated her career to fostering learning at all levels.

    Who can enroll in Training Innovations programs?

    Anyone residing in the United States is eligible to enroll in our programs. We welcome individuals from all 50 states who are passionate about early childhood education and professional development

    What programs do you offer?

    We currently offer the following training programs:

    – Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential Training

    – Childcare Director Training
    – Paraprofessional Training

    All courses are delivered fully online and are self-paced.

    What are the enrollment requirements?

    To enroll in any of our programs, you must:

    – Be at least 18 years old
    – Have a high school diploma or GED
    – Reside in the United States
    – Have access to a computer or mobile device with internet access

    How do I enroll in a course?

    Visit our enrollment page to view available programs and self-enroll. If your employer will be covering the cost, we can provide an invoice directly — please email us at admin@trainingforcda.com with the necessary details.

    How much do the programs cost?

    Our program fees are as follows:

    – CDA Full Training Program: $775 (covers the complete course)
    – Flexible option: Pay per module available
    – CDA Renewal Course: $275
    – Childcare Director Training Program: $525

    Are the courses online or in person?

    All courses offered by Training Innovations LLC are 100% online and self-paced. This allows you to complete the training on your own schedule, from anywhere in the U.S.

    Is Training Innovations approved or accredited?

    Yes. Training Innovations LLC is registered with the Arkansas Department of Higher Education.

    Will I receive a certificate after completing a course?

    Yes. Upon successful completion of your program, you will receive a Certificate of Completion that can be used to verify your training hours for licensing, employment, or credentialing purposes as well as a transcript.

    Can my employer pay for my training?

    Yes. If your employer is funding your training, we are happy to send an invoice directly to them. Please contact us at admin@trainingforcda.com with your employer’s name, contact info, and the course you plan to take.

    Do I need experience working in childcare to enroll?

    No prior experience is required to enroll in our programs. However, to apply for the CDA Credential through the Council for Professional Recognition, you will need documented hours of work experience in a licensed childcare setting
